Refund policy

Our 60-Day Glow Guarantee means you can try Lavendr risk-free: if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery to request a return or refund. Opened and partially used products are eligible — you do not need to keep the item unused or in resale condition to qualify. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@withlavendr.com.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
